I have a love hate relationship with this place I love it because your food will be fresh and hot. I hate it because you're going to wait for it. It's never less than a twenty minute wait. I don't get how I'm the only person in line and they say ma'am can you pull up to the parking lot your food will be right out. Lies! Anyway that's my experience fresh hot food that you're going to wait for.

The chicken used to be much better. I don't know what they have done but the chicken used to be well seasoned. The chicken now has no flavor and the outer coating is horrible. Every now and then the chicken is excellent and tastes like its supposed to do I don't know who they have cooking but whoever it is clearly don't know what they are doing. I just wish they would find some consistency.

I haven't visited a Church's Chicken in a little while as the closest one to me is 45 minutes away but there has been a lot of changes. The prices are higher, the tenders have changed, there is only like 3 regular sides - all others are now "premium sides" and cost more. It was very smoky inside which made it really hard to be in there with a mask on. A good rule of thumb is to check your food before leaving.
