Just like another person had said, I have a love-hate relationship with this Church’s. Mrs. Rose was awesome when she took my order at drive-thru! She told me about the daily special and how I would save money AND get more out of it instead of making my original order. I appreciate how she had my best interest at heart and was so sweet!!! Very great service! BUT you will always have to wait FOREVER for your food. It got to the point where I was waiting 30 minutes in the parking...read full review

I have a love hate relationship with this place I love it because your food will be fresh and hot. I hate it because you're going to wait for it. It's never less than a twenty minute wait. I don't get how I'm the only person in line and they say ma'am can you pull up to the parking lot your food will be right out. Lies! Anyway that's my experience fresh hot food that you're going to wait for.

The chicken used to be much better. I don't know what they have done but the chicken used to be well seasoned. The chicken now has no flavor and the outer coating is horrible. Every now and then the chicken is excellent and tastes like its supposed to do I don't know who they have cooking but whoever it is clearly don't know what they are doing. I just wish they would find some consistency.
