My family went to Danny's Fried Chicken in Houma this past week around 10 a.m. when they opened. We ordered a bucket of chicken (which was fresh hot it had to cool down to eat it. We ordered red beans and rice and rice dressing which were not hot at all. It seems it was left over from the night before and attempted to re-warm it up. I’ve learned through multiple occasions that you had better check your takeout order once you receive it, because there is a 90% chance it will be wrong.
Just yesterday 3/29/25, I bought a 10 pc. mixed box, got home and discovered that I received a 10 pc. dark box of chicken.
You people are fortunate that there is no real competition in the Morgan City area!
The food was great and the staff was great. Got popeyes beat hands down. Not disappointed.
