The staff here is great. They are friendly and helpful. The fries are kind of hit or miss sometimes. I was not a big fan of the new chicken tenders (weird texture) or the creamy chili sauce (bland) but the burgers and chicken are usually good (usual McDonald's standards).

You have a 70 / 30 shot you will enjoy your experience at this location. My primary concerns go to my notice that the drive in displays and speaker systems have been in some state of disrepair for months. Reporting the difficulties in ordering / understanding is met with something approaching distaste. Fully 20 % of the orders I have placed here are missing some item or part of the item. It isn't always a happy place.

Worst service I’ve ever dealt with at a McDonald’s, so bad it made me laugh. Needless to say I drove off. When someone asks how you’re doing and you say terrible and have an attitude with your customers it’s not good for business. Not to mention after taking my order they had me sit there like an idiot never asking if that was it or telling me my total. Just complete silence. Whoever is at the window needs to get in the kitchen because obviously they don’t like dealing with people. Needless to say I drove off but what am I supposed to expect from a McDonald’s lol

Ordered a burger for my daughter after a parade . Waited in line for 30 min for the manager to come tell me it was gonna be awhile asked why she said she just had someone call in after my order was taken to order 150 burgers . And she was gonna do that order first . Didn't refund me my money or nothing terrible

Now I know way I stop going to McDonald's 15 years ago. Went last night. Ordered 2 hamburgers and 2 fries. Hamburger had a dot of ketchup and a slight dot of mustard.Fries were cold and no pc ketchup in bad . Not even a napkin.

The lady that took my order didn't look happy, but she took my order and was very fast. The big mac sauce tasted spoiled. I had to scrape it off. I paid almost $13 for 2 bunless burgers and a small sprite. The atmosphere ehh. People standing at boards placing orders right st the entry door, that isn't really a good atmosphere imo. If there are 4 people standing there you can't get to the register.
Dietary restrictions: I don't eat bread, so have to order bunless.
The mcflurry I received today very disappointed with there service today I've never had a issue with this location my mc flurry looks like someone digged a whole in it .the spoon was taken out of it and left half of it empty if I could I wouldn't leave any stars do better McDonald's to the person working the window if you see a problem with a order fix it unstead of handing a messed up order to your customers.

I went in a for a DoorDash order and have never been greeted so warmly by a McDonald’s worker everyone in there was so sweet kind and patient. I happen to go in there at 5:30 in the morning just opened back up so I had to wait for a few moments for a few of my items that I needed to get for the order, the machine for the smoothies was cleaning itself and my customer was not answering whenever I was calling them to see if they would like a substitute. These people were so patient with me so patient with them they were overall the most kind people I have ever met. I have been waiting in there for a few minutes just expecting to grab my food and go. I have been DoorDash for the last 14 hours to pay for my electric bill my fiancé and I had just gotten over Covid so I wasn’t at work for a while naturally my bill got behind. We got clear and I’ve been going back to work. The workers had realized that I was exhausted and offered me something to help me wake up a bit , I was confused. I’ve never been especially by McDonald’s worker I’m not gonna lie usually pretty pissy, but I’m never to judge people. you’re so kind to me and I couldn’t help but think wow this is the first McDonald’s that I have ever felt welcomed in in a long time. Amazing Tina and Work that morning crew all deserve a little bonus on their checks.
