This must be one crazy busy Starbucks as it took over 30 minutes for a Frappe and Ice latte. We ordered inside. The drinks were fine when they arrived so maybe pre ordering via app way in advance could be an option.

As I sit here waiting for my drink for over 30 minutes I have witnessed one employee be rude to customers in a way that is unprofessional. It was to the point of the customer canceling their order. For me it was not bad other than the long wait and unorganized placement of drinks. The store was clean and the food was good.

The staff that serves the public has a tendency to racism but their manager is a very kind and attentive person who knows how to correct the staff that serves the public. Thank you for taking the time, manager, to assist me when seeing that the staff was indifferent.
