There was a younger gentleman working the morning of Thanksgiving around 5:30-6am. I went in to get my coffee that was ready through my app and he was very outgoing and had a great energy! Called me by my name after grabbing my coffee, and greeted me good holidays again. Very pleasant! Awesome job.

Walked in and was not even greeted or asked anything. I stood there as one item at a time was placed on the counter slowly for my order. 3 empty bags that were supposed to be muffins was placed there with my order still nothing was said to me and was never asked if i needed anything. I had to ask them about my muffins as I became impatient only to find out that they were out. I had to ask for them to bag all items into one bag. I was refunded, but had to go through an act of congress...
