TARC...What a wonderful place, great food, great price and service. Above alllllll a great purpose.... Supporting citizens of our very own community, whom have various special needs and challenges by offering them meaningful jobs in return for a living wage. I support them anytime I am in the area of the restaurant, bakery and donating through their repurposing stores where they offer items of all sorts to include previously owned, gently used clothing, household Ian's decor items. Give them a try, you won't regret the dinning/sweet treats experience and your support is a blessing that goes far beyond what you could imagine..

Born & raised in Houma now living in Texas, so I stopped in while on a visit back home. Staff both at the restaurant and at the Buy-U Beads store were terrific! Shirt sizes wound up running a little bit smaller than expected once I got back to Texas, but that happens and it is 100% not on them especially with all shirts of the same size were consistent. Just a learning experience for me to buy them a bit larger on my next trip to town, because I will absolutely be going back!

Absolutely the BEST place to get a shrimp po boy any where! The people are so nice and friendly. They restaurant is really clean and all the food choices are delicious. I wish they’d be open on the weekends!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. My mother, 4 year old ASD son and I had lunch here after many Drs appts. My son found the place a bit overwhelming and so he started acting out. I had to take him outside and not a single person acted cross towards him at all. He spent his time outside running and stimming as he does and other than suggestions on where I can go for help we were given the space needed for him to be able to settle down. We were even able to go back in after he calmed down for him to actually eat some and pay and leave. I will be back there again. I have had nothing but understanding voices anytime I'm in Houma with my son. I'm contemplating relating with him there once I can afford the move.
