Dirty floors and table and a server that didn't know what beer was there or what they were out of. We were willing to give it another shot after getting sick a couple of years ago, but enough is enough.

I met my son there once for lunch and his recommendation to eat there didn’t disappoint!! Everything was excellent “the service, the food, the atmosphere, the staff”

This was my Son’s favorite restaurant!!
When he got off the boat after working 21 days, he would go straight to Zen before he went home. He would then go back there a couple more times before he went back to work after being home for 2 weeks.

My Son recently passed away and I wanted to Thank Everyone @ Zen for always welcoming Smokey and feeding him with his favorite foods and drinks. He ranted and raved about Zen!! Going there as soon as he got home from work helped him get grounded and start his days off on a good positive note. I love you guys!!!

In town for work and had sushi on my mind, couldn’t ask for a better dinner. Service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and try the peach sake!

I've never had a bad experience here, but I've also never had a great one. The food is good, but starting to get overpriced (much like everywhere). Although I did try their street taco bao this time and it was the best thing I've ever eaten here. Super delicious and fresh, but it was over $12 for 2 on the plate.
This is one of the only places that does traditional ramen in this area and it's pretty good most of the time. I did get a bowl once that just had a regular boiled egg in it instead of the nice marinated soft boiled ones it usually comes with. The shoyu version is quite salty, but the tonkatsu is nice and savory.
The sushi is great here. I haven't tried any I've been disappointed with (except the mackerel one but that's just because I didn't care for the fish and not their preparation of it).
All in all great food, but pricey.

Besides the floors being super sticky, it was great. Waitress made a mistake when putting in our appetizers but fixed it before we even knew and gave us the other appetizer and had the manager comp it. I actually preferred the one that we didn't order, so happy mistake! Waitress was super upbeat and we loved her.

Here, if you want food to go, you order it at the bar. You will notice that the woman there, even if there's no one else, wants you to choose all that you want within a few seconds. We had never been there before and wanted to take time to check the menu out, but she kept on pushing. We ended up ordering some very basic stuff (fried rice and vegetables) and left. The food was not special at all, so we will not have a problem overlooking this place next time we are in town.

Everything is good except ordering takeout at this time. I just don’t like it when a company says it will be ready in 20 minutes and it ends up being 50 minutes before you get your food. This is also a common thing at lunch time which I’m basing this review on. Just you fine folks know just order an hour before around noon. Although the food is great.

I had the shrimp hibachi. It was a lot of food on a large plate and I brought some home. I thought the flavor was rather bland, but then I'm a cajun.
