When ordering at night . You are being told to use drive through. I order this morning it took 30 minutes to get my food. Never have enough people to work the shifts. Almost always for out of blast.
the people at the Jeanerette Sonic are awesome! Always super friendly and do everything they can to see that you are satisfied with your order. I don't know who owns it but I hope he knows that he's got a great crew there.
Had trouble using the credit card machine and it charged both of my credit card accounts. Talked to manager about it and she told me to call back in a couple days to see if problem fixed itself?? ??? She was very nice about it though. Breakfast burritos were good, but I'm almost certain I found a hair in one. A short, black, straight, course hair.
