Come here frequently but today's visit was disappointing. The hamburger steak were three patties about the size of thickness of what you would get on at McDonald's regular hamburger. Very disappointing. This is not what they typically served in the past which was one very big, thick piece of ground beef Patty. The mashed potatoes were good but lukewarm. Exactly what you should expect from a good old school diner. The food isn't fancy, bit it's always tasty, and the service likewise isn't fancy, but always friendly. If you go expecting some hip brunch spot, you'll be disappointed, but if you want good diner grub served up by a smiling face, this is a great spot.
