I went here today bc it’s chilly and rainy out and I wanted a good hot chocolate. I was greeted by a very nice woman who helped me almost immediately. I told her I wanted a hot chocolate and we chit chat a bit about it being a comfort drink and sometimes just wanting a drink with no caffeine. Yesterday I had the pecan caramel cheesecake latte and it was delicious! Service is always excellent. I highly recommend Java Joltz for your coffee needs as well fresh baked sweets and delicious sandwiches, among other tasty treats.
Above and beyond customer service. Greeted right away, the barista offered suggestions and asked questions about preferences to narrow down what I wanted. I’m just passing though and wanted to stop for coffee but if I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular.
