When you watch the worker at Sonic in Jennings, LA pull the lid off an ice cream with her teeth so you jump out of the car and watch through the window as she licks her fingers, the side of the cup and all this just after mopping the floor without washing her hands in between… so you ask the next person out the door to see a manager and he explains he’s “talked to her before about that”!

I ordered ahead on the app. I waited over 30 minutes for a drink and onion rings. Finally I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to just cancel the order. So total of 40 minutes wait and left with no food. We will see if they refund the money.
