The customer service in this place is the worst. I see by the reviews that it isn’t a one time thing.

The cashier named Marilyn that waited on me was rude and unprofessional. I was in a bit of a rush and asked her to wrap my sandwiches to go. She said she didn’t have anything. I spotted some foil and asked her to use that. She wrapped the first one then threw the other 2 in the box. I asked again and she said I was rude and next time don’t get in line if I’m in a hurry.

I asked her to call a manager and she refused. I asked for a refund and she said she needed a manager to do it. Then she refused to bag up my sandwiches saying I was only paying for my sandwiches not her service.

I did fill out the survey on the receipt. I asked to be contacted as well. But from past reviews I see customer service isn’t a concern of theirs.

I've only eaten the cinnamon muffin, but it was the BEST I've EVER had! Cashier was pleasant enough. Atmosphere is just airport atmosphere, but not bad. Every time I fly I come here and buy my muffin and sometimes I I buy SIX! Lol, they are seriously good!

I just bought a bottle of water here. That’s it. It took 20 min with a line only 4 people deep because “K” was not in any hurry but what was worse, her two cohorts just stood behind her watching her do everything(slowly)as they chatted. She even looked like she gave them a side-eye because of their inactions. Then when two people in front of me ordered ice cream, they ran out of ice cream cups at 3:45 pm on an incredibly busy Sunday. She then told the now 12 person deep line “don’t order any more ice cream” because they ran out of cups. Great prep job guys! Even better customer service! LOL

So when i went there on Wednesday i was excited to try something from New Orleans. I wanted something a authentic and got the bagel and when i asked for a water the girl gave me the worst atttitude because how dare i not tell her i wanted a water before she try to charge me. Alright she cancelled it and i got my water then went back to get charged. She probably had a bad day. I get my water and she charges me. I let her know i need a receipt however fails to tell me it wasn’t working. I told her it was a work car and she just didn’t care. I had her take a picture of her screen at least for my work place. She ruined my day unfortunately her attitude and lack of customer service skills needs a work. I get it sometimes it’s tough working with people but there is a way to talk to your customer. Seriously observe your employees and how they treat people. I can’t even tell you if i enjoyed my food cause i Honestly don’t remember anymore. Don’t recommend. I should’ve read the reviews.

Avoid.. Early flight and came for breakfast
Rude staff and inability to actually heat up a sandwich, ordered a coffee and never got processed by the cashier after order was repeated. Told to check my receipt that wasn't provided

Gelato is good, but the lady working is super rude and ignored me for several minutes because she was on a phone call. She was very blunt and short with all of the customers I saw her talk to.

Rude, never got a chance to even get food because she kept telling customers to go away or she walked

I must have gotten lucky... Got the sausage, egg, and cheese on everything and it was fine. I wish there was an option to have it on a croissant, but they only serve what's in the window. There wasn't a line so I suppose that helped.

The staff was horrible the lady who waited on me was upset that I told her my pastry was cold. If she wasn’t all up in my husband’s face laughing she would have realized she took it out to soon. It was nearly frozen compared to his. The tables were dirty won’t be going back! SHA-NYA-

If you're too busy talking to your co-worker to help a customer, the least you could do is tell them you'll be with them in a few minutes, rather than make eye contact multiple times while choosing to otherwise ignore them and thereby making them feel, well, deliberately ignored. It's demeaning and insulting. As someone who also works in the service industry, I know we all have our days, but please. I'm a grown person and I felt like a child not worth someone's time.I went back 15 minutes later and got to the back of a line several people deep...but no one was there and everyone gave up and went elsewhere.

One star because they don't actually allow negative stars. In the interest of time, I'll try to keep this short, although that may prove impossible as you'll soon see. First, the coffee tastes like it came over in the mayflower, possibly as the latrine water. Next up, please hold the bone fragments in my bacon. I wasn't sure where you buy bone in bacon, but alas, it's clear now Angelo Brocato in NOLA offers premier bone in bacon. After the dentist fixed all my chipped teeth, we noticed our croissant was ripped to shreads as if Freddy Kruger and Edward Scissor hands battled out who was getting the bigger half If you're starving, this place is an option, if not just walk on by!

Don't have any of the things that make brocato, brocato. Disappointing.

The lady that took my order on Sunday August 6 at 10am was extremely rude. She was very short patient with the gentleman who was deciding what he wanted to order. She told him that people are waiting what do you want. Then when it was my turn to order she looked at me and said what do you want. I told her to give me a second and she immediately sighed. After I gave her my order, I asked her where the utensils were and she responded they're over there in a frustrating manner. I mumbled people are so rude. She yelled at me saying "what did you say?" I responded "nothing". I will not be coming here whenever I am in New Orleans again. Bad customer service.

I asked if they had SPLENDA specifically before I ordered my coffee and I was told yes. After I received my coffee I was told sweeteners are at the end of the counter. All they had was sugar and Sweet and Low. I asked again for SPLENDA in the yellow packet. "All we have are those". Wow!
