Chef Sal has the absolute best boiled crawfish and shrimp around. Ive been doing business with him for over 20 years. Will also be using him for a company crawfish boil in a few weeks.
Been doing business with Sal's for around 12 years now. I grew up in New Orleans, so I know the difference between a legit crawfish boil and the wanna be's that claim to be "Louisiana style" at all these Crab Hut/shacks. Hands down, the best crawfish I've had since I lived there. Customer service is great. They know how to spice them perfectly, pack em up and fly them to me every year!
