We had a HORRIBLE experience. My husband & i flew with our 3 kids 11, 6 & 4. Our youngest has autism & a developmental delay. I set up TSA Cares in advance & was told i may or may not get a email from the airport. I didnt, so when I arrived, I asked a TSA person I saw on my way to the TSA check point. I told them I set up the TSA Cares & she told me to let the person at the TSA check point know & they would get the TSA Cares for me. The passenger pick up area is crazy ridiculous.
Everything else about the airport, we absolutely love!! But the people working and stopping people from entering there pick up ride outside is crazy!
Service is slow! Makes you sit on runway and at the gate. Parking lot is always full.
