Greasy hot slimy salty bread served by the most bitter meanest disgruntled old lady on the planet. In her defense, I knew what to expect. It’s an experience everyone should regret at least once.

I had a $25 gift card and the lady seemed clueless on how to work anything. She said that she couldn’t type in the gift card or even swipe it. Makes absolutely no sense. I just left as I wasn’t about to pay for something I already had on a gift card. If you want a pretzel I recommend you wait until you’re back home. She had an attitude the entire time.

The food is great. The service is subpar at best. The worst attitudes and strategy for working in an airport where stress could already be high. I appreciate the workers and all they are doing. But it felt like unnecessary tension because of service.

Here it is Christmas Day- my family and I are so thrilled and happy to be taking a trip- of course when we arrive- they are hungry and want Aunt Annie’s- the experiences we have had other Aunt Annie’s have been excellent, but This one inside the New Orleans Airport is the worst service I have ever had. The employees appear to hate their job and each other. When I placed my order, the lady let me know real quick, they didn’t have pretzel bites or mini pretzel hotdogs- I communicated I would wait and her response was- “It’s going to be awhile.” I said I would wait. I received my pretzel mini bites pretty quick, but the mini pretzel mini dogs took 45 minutes to get!!! When I asked about the mini dogs -the worker doing the baking was not aware because the cashier didn’t tell her. If I owned this business, I would have a come to Jesus meeting with their employees. But from reading other reviews, this is normal for this business- which is a shame- y’all are giving Aunt Annie’s a bad name. You can do better.

The worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been in my life. Workers are incompetent and don't even seem to want to work here. Left customers hanging to talk to coworkers in-front of a BIG line and can't even answer properly if there were any pretzels left.

If I could give zero stars I would. The employee working 8/15/24 between 3-4PM is absolutely irresponsible. We went there three separate times to ask for pepperoni pretzel bites and each time he gave a different time frame for when they would be done and his excuse was “I forgot” yet every time we went there he was talking to someone. His unprofessionalism is unmatched to anyone’s I’ve ever see before.

Two workers pretending not to see the 4 of us in line. Left without a purchase. Horrible customer service. I complained online and got a form letter that didn't even mention the company. They farm their complaints out to a third party. Never have a problem at the Riverside Mall location but I'm no longer a customer.

The young lady was clearly overworked on 07/17/20. Went to the counter at 5:10 asked what time they opened . She ignored me. Then I asked again, she had an attitude and sarcastically said I'm not open yet.. give me a few minutes while mumbling and shaking her head. Refusing to acknowledge me. She needs to get an attitude check. Poor customer service skills.
