I don’t know what kind of talent pool this place has, but having an employee act annoyed just for me saying hello is ridiculous. I love this brand, but having someone like that represent you is a huge disappointment. I’ll spend my hard-earned money somewhere else. If I could give a zero star I would.

This location is riding the struggle bus. The staff seem stressed out, which is unpleasant, and this is the first time I've waited 45min for a 'fresh' pretzel only to have it still be stone cold and stale. I don't fault the staff -- it looks like management might have told them to stock up the display case when they run out --- and not to sell more until they completely restock --- but the downside is that with such a small location and only one prep counter and one oven, by the time the display case is full, everything has gone cold and stale. At any rate, management might consider a better process so customers at least get their food while it's still warm, even if they have to pause and partially restock more often.

If I could put zero stars for service, I would. The lady working the counter was so incredibly rude for no reason and they didn’t have the regular cheese, like one of the most main ingredients they could offer. Meanwhile the supervisor is just standing there watching how disrespectful this employee is being to everyone who comes in contact with her and does nothing to apologize or correct her behavior. It was honestly appalling.

Greasy hot slimy salty bread served by the most bitter meanest disgruntled old lady on the planet. In her defense, I knew what to expect. It’s an experience everyone should regret at least once.
Employee very disrespectful. Claimed they were closed at 1:35 pm. She never turned around to say sorry we are temporarily closed. Just plain rude.

I had a $25 gift card and the lady seemed clueless on how to work anything. She said that she couldn’t type in the gift card or even swipe it. Makes absolutely no sense. I just left as I wasn’t about to pay for something I already had on a gift card. If you want a pretzel I recommend you wait until you’re back home. She had an attitude the entire time.

The food is great. The service is subpar at best. The worst attitudes and strategy for working in an airport where stress could already be high. I appreciate the workers and all they are doing. But it felt like unnecessary tension because of service.
