Outrageous how bad the service is. Scanned the QR code, placed an order, received nothing after 45 minutes. I don’t understand how you can be this badly organized. It’s not like there was a ton of people here, either. No one got their food, everyone was pissed, just an absolute disaster. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Bad service, not hospitable at all. I ordered through the qr code like I was instructed. They were slow and ignoring people. Sat 15 minutes after I ordered without a coffee or acknowledgement of my order and almost got up to leave, then the bartender mentions she had my order. Didn't even check on me after she brought it out.

What a terrible experience. The guy who got up and left after being refused an actual menu, had the right idea. No one ever said hello or checked in with me. The ordering app never loaded properly. When I was told (by the app) to talk to my server, they were all keeping busy avoiding people so that never happened. Is the staff no longer working for tips? What a disaster. Thank you YE OLDE COLLEGE INN (another restaurant in the same terminal) for actual human contact and service.

The ladies here were amazing! After being delayed in New York for multiple hours and landing in New Orleans with an additional two hours to wait for my party flying in from Orlando , I was disappointed to find that there were no restaurants serving food in the airport and Chili’s was closing. But the ladies stopped and had a conversation with me, ensuring that I had something to eat. The service was spot-on! Yeni was amazing!!! Thank you so much, ladies!

The lady who works here, Karen (no lie), has got to be the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered in the service industry. Scanned the QR to order but it wouldn’t work. She said she turned it on and we just “needed to learn some patience this morning.” And the QR code still wouldn’t work. She’s hella rude and you’re better off going anywhere else to eat at this airport.

Karen the bartender is a real Karen. Super rude told us rudely to use the app to order and when we told her it wasn't working she snapped that we all need to ve patient. I wasn't rude but she sure was to several patrons. Maybe they need more staff in the mornings bc she said she is only one person. My omelet was full of eggshells too. Food was sad.

As an avid chilis connoisseur, I can confidently say this was the wort experience of my life.
Food was awful and the service was even worse. A shame they are even open.
Save yourself the heart ache and find somewhere else in the airport to overpay your food.

I only ordered drinks and the service was awful. I would never complain if the staff was short or the place was crowded. When I arrived there was only 4 other individuals at the bar. After 10 minutes I finally got the attention of one of the many bartenders. It was like I was offending her for being a customer. I patiently waited for her to bring my drinks and when I ordered she constantly interrupted me on what she could not do. I ordered a Double Woodford with a splash of coke and a cherry with an orange slice. She made her point very clear that they don’t have cherries. All good I just smiled and said orange is fine. I got a second round and it was about the same. She was slamming the glass down and spilling most of the alcohol out of the measuring cup because she was in such a fowl mood. Once again I remained polite and friendly even after she has treated me like a dog. I would have left her a minimum 30% tip because I know that would hopefully make her feel bad for providing such atrocious service to me. However she came back and said that my card was declined? I said that can’t be I have more than enough funds on my credit card to pay my bill. So I called my provider and they confirmed my card is valid and I can use it at Chilis. I politely asked her to please run it again and that I called American Express and they confirmed that my card is valid. I watched how she aggressively swiped my card through the machine and noticed she was swiping it on the wrong side. Of course it was declined because she was using the wrong side. I told her that this is the only payment method I have. She looked at me and huffed and said GOOD BYE!! I politely asked her for an itemized receipt so that when I come back in two weeks I can settle up my tab. She did provide me with this and it was again not friendly at all. I work in the contracting food service industry. The staff clearly is poorly trained on the POS system and they have zero leadership here at this location. I don’t even know why I took the time to write this complaint because clearly after reading the previous comments about the terrible service it must not be a problem for Chilis to have their name associated with such a dumpster fire location. This is a billion dollar company that should truly look into this operation. If the other units operate at this poor level of service I don’t see how they will stay on business. Once again I know this business and am applaud on how I was treated from the beginning to the r of my experience. Do better Chilis this is an embarrassment.
