Well maybe it would have been good but the bartender was the WORST! I sat down 1.5 hours before my flight and the patrons beside me said, good luck, you have to tell her that you want to order and then she will instruct you to scan the code but it’s going to take 2 hours.
So I did what they said, thinking they were being dramatic on time and the bartender with the pixie cut NEVER acknowledged me. I told her I ordered an hour ago and I said, am I going to get it before my flight? She told me, you know what? Go on down the road. And the people beside me said, I told you. Meanwhile it already charged me via QR code. Worst experience of my life.

DO NOT COME HERE! Worst service ever. Bar server doesn’t even acknowledge you and when we finally waved her down she said scan and order. The scan doesn’t work so we sit another 10 minutes and wave at her scan doesn’t work she then says oh I have to turn it on. Then we finally order on our phone. We wait….. and wait…. and wait… again wave her down did our order go in? With an attitude she asks what did you order A bottle of wine chips and guacamole. She loudly says I announced we have no chips and when you order alcohol you need to tell me. Seriously? This place is terrible!!!!

Yenifer & Angelique both waitresses were outstanding with service, being patient, and attentive to me as a customer! I believe their staffing has great leadership qualities for this particular restaurant in the NOLA airport! When in between flights or waiting for flights, stop at this Chili’s for great food and customer service! 👍

This is the worst service we’ve ever experienced, which explains the low average rating of 1.9. We definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Can I do less Stars?? Please make that an option for this place
Chilis is always a go to for me with consistent food and usually consistent service. The service experience I had was so atrocious in terminal C at the New Orleans airport that I had to check the reviews to see if it was a one off experience or a pattern. Clearly based on the 1.9 star score it is a pattern. Shame on leadership to allow a pattern that earns you a rating of 1.9. I try to only review places when I had exceptional service and can give a positive review, but this service was a new level of poor, and I felt like it needed to be documented. Come on Chili’s, this is a leadership problem.

Food was not bad! But the service was AWFUL. Never felt this uncomfortable anywhere in my life. The lady that “served” us was so impolite .. it is obvious no one cares.

I can say the food did look like the commercial and was really good. The restaurant was nice and clean. The staff was polite and respectful. Truly enjoyed my meal and stay. And yes, beverage was spot on (outstanding). I do really appreciate good service. I really recommend this restaurant

Food was mediocre. The lady who attended me (unsure her position) was amazing. She handled interruptions smoothly, never raised her voice, and took the airport business in stride. I could not do what she does for a job with anywhere as much grace.
I will say, it would be nice to have the option to just take a glass of water. Being forced to pay for any drink was disappointing. And maybe one more waiter, to keep things flowing better.

Sat down to eat and electronic QR menu did not work. Server seemed to ignore us. When I asked if it was working she was rude and disrespectful. After ordering 2 entrees and 3 soft drinks the bill indicated over $200. As I noticed this the table next to us told the server that their bill was also littered with extra items. She basically told them there was nothing she could do and she was bringing out the food. We left with the other table. I told the server she was rude and she said she was simply trying to get the job done. There did not seem to be any desire to fix the bill or food order. Terrible experience.

After being mistreated by the waitress with a very negative attitude, I requested the manager. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name (Wednesday 11/7/2024 at about 1 PM) but I want to cite her as an example of impeccable management. She personally took my order, brought it to me, checked on me while eating. I think that she even spoke to the moody waitress and after that she was even smiling. Thanks for making my lunch great.

This was genuinely one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t expect a great experience at airport restaurants, but this one was especially bad. We waited for easily 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. When the male manager finally did, it was only to say that someone else would be helping us. He then proceeded to list a long array of items they didn’t have. No chips and salsa, no guacamole, no soups. I can’t remember what else, but they were at least four more items.
Multiple employees stood around on the other side of the bar socializing, and when someone finally came to assist us, she activated the QR code menu/ordering system, which had not been on before where we were sitting. We ordered an appetizer with a dipping sauce (which was extra), a beer, and a soda. They didn’t have the beer we ordered, so the bartender provided an alternative. When our food arrived, it was missing the dipping sauce. I asked for it, and although the waitress acknowledged my request, she never brought it. I also never received my soda, so I walked to one of the stores in the airport and bought one myself.
When we got the check, the dipping sauce and soda were still listed. We asked the waitress to remove them. She took off the soda, arguing that we never asked for one, despite having ordered it through the QR code and asking her twice. She refused to remove the dipping sauce, claiming that the beer she gave us cost more than the one we ordered. Frankly, I would have preferred to be charged for the correct beer rather than have her calculate her own prices.
Fortunately, we had plenty of time before our flight, otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the stay to eat what we we did receive, as the entire experience took over an hour for one appetizer, one beer, and a soda that never arrived. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than serving, and we overheard the acting manager saying, “They don’t pay me for that” to another employee. His lack of leadership was evident. Again, I don’t expect a five-star dining experience at an airport Chili’s, but I do expect to receive what I ordered and to be charged for what I received. I do not appreciate being charged for something I never got.

Waited an hour for our order that never came. When asked to talk to a manager I was just told the kitchen was backed up. When we left hungry the staff had little care.

Worst meal I ever had
This is an Airport Chilis, I was not expecting much. But I was still disappointed. The menu is VERY limited, to the point you can't even get a burger here. But just finding that out is an exercise in frustration, because they don't have real menus, just a QR code that you are supposed to scan to go to their web site. This almost worked but it would not let us actually order that way and the staff was not very helpful. We finally got the server to give up on the stupid web site and just put our order in manually. The food was mediocre. I had a salad that included a huge peice of lettuces stem. We were able to get our check and pay on the web site, but that was a pain in the rear because you have to manually enter all your information, instead of just handing a card to a server. There was no option for a printed receipt, only email. The worst part is that there are a ton of restraunts at this airport, but if you DON'T want a PO-BOY or hate chicken, your options are pretty limited. Honestly I would eat snacks from the news stand before choosing this Chili's again.
