Service was terrible, worker wouldn't even come to the cashier to take our order and wouldn't give an extra bag after sauce spilled, we had to insist for one. The wrap was so bad we threw it away.

After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, the employee was dismissive of my severe nut allergy and refused to change gloves between customers. Save yourself the wait, and get a grab-and-go sandwich instead.

They are so slow! One person making food and two just standing around. Move like molasses. People were leaving the line. Can morale so much more money if they actually did their jobs

Best salad in the planet❣️
It’s almost impossible to believe that you can find a fresh, delicious and great price salad in an airport and I found it and I know that was delicious because MAKETA MADE IT WITH LOTS OF LOVE❣️

Thean making my salad was such a charmer!! He greeted me, took soo much care of what he was including, chopping, and how he placed the food in my wrap. He asked how much or how little. He put big energy into each order. Thank you for being YOU. The world needs more of your magic.

I was looking for a vegan gluten-free lunch at the airport. I got a make-your-own salad with baby greens lettuce, cucumber, tofu, tomatoes, corn, peanuts, avocado, onions, carrots, cilantro, and a vinaigrette dressing. They didn’t have any tofu today, and the dressing could have been a little more flavorful, but I’m thankful to find a safe food option here at the airport. The server was friendly, quick to help me, and even pointed out another restaurant that had tofu if I wanted some. I’d definitely come again!

At the City Greens at the New Orleans airport I witnessed employees drop a whole box of open containers on the dirty airport floor then proceed to stack them for use to unwitting customers. I will never eat at a City Greens

I often visit another restaurant that makes healthy choices for travelers. This was nowhere near it in terms of quality or service. While waiting to order, the server kept glancing at me and seemed irritated or bothered that I wanted to order. When I ordered a wrap, she told me that she didn’t know what was on it and asked me to read out the ingredients from the menu. Even so, she missed some of the ingredients. She put the wrong dressing on the ingredients as well! It tasted nothing like a southwest wrap and was very messy to eat, especially compared to other places I’ve been. It was expensive and not very good. There are better options at MSY.

Hate to be that person who leaves a bad review but the employees here clearly don’t care. I ordered a wrap and employee barely wrapped it up- food was spilling out of it and she proceeded to wrap it in the paper anyway. They also make it nearly impossible to leave no tip. I wouldn’t come back here until they trained their employees better.

I went at 1:30 on Sunday, March 23. Two people were behind the counter.
The guy said they're both leaving and wouldn't serve us.
The guy left out the back door.
The woman stayed behind the counter but said she was leaving too. The next shift of employees should be there soon!!!
REALLY!!!????? I don't think this is acceptable!

Rude service. Incompetent. Didnt want to leave a tip but there was not an option on keypad, so I left a small amount. She complained to her coworkers about the 'pathetic tip' in front of me. Sadly, our entire trip to new orleans was amazing and I am leaving on that note. Terrible.
