Super slow service. Don’t recommend coming here unless you have time to wait. Burgers are overpriced for what they are, and it’s clear they are using frozen patties. If you want a better burger, go to Shake Shack.

Food was great but I only ordered fries and boudin egg rolls. The egg rolls were bussin!! The fries taste like they are air fried instead of dipped in hot cooking oil. Elaine was the bartender and she was very nice & polite!! She was pretty much holding it down by herself behind the bar so I expected somewhat of a wait but there really wasn’t much of a wait. I’d eat here again, and keep avoiding the burgers all the other reviews talked about.

Got food to take on a flight. Prepackaged Chicken Caesar salad said it included dressing, but there was no dressing. Made to order fish sandwich with fries came on a dry bun, no tartar sauce or anything. I was offered ketchup, but was not offered salad dressing or tartar sauce or even just plain mayonnaise. Food was hardly edible, although it would have been good with some dressing or sauce. Service was poor.

Got the burger was just meat and cheese nothing else when asked about it was told they are out of everything paid full price for a meal that was half what I should have got. If they were out of everything they should have closed

Usually rock solid breakfast option. Inexpensive and good. Today 12/15, the TSA line was SOOOOOO long. I was in line for 55 minutes and was afraid I would miss Dooks breakfast, which ends at 1030. I get there at 1015 and they just decided they were going to close until lunch.

Guy at the counter was just rude and unhelpful to essentially every customer I saw him interact with. I get it, you hate your job. So just quit! Yikes.
If you do not have at least 30 mins to wait for your food, I would highly suggest you go somewhere else.

Airport burger for $20 bucks that lacked flavor. I tried to order at the bar because I wanted to sit down and the short Hispanic woman with the bun who worked Friday 11/1 around 1:30 pm at the bar, had a NASTY ATTITUDE just like this NASTY burger. The way she spoke to customers was absolutely not appropriate! I wanted to get her name but she walked off while talking, and I didn’t see her after that. She knew she was wrong. Busy or not, I was just trying to order food. 0/10 work on the customer service and flavor of this $20 burger. The wait should not have been 25 minutes for a dry burger with extra crispy bacon. The fries were the highlight.

Worst cheeseburger I've ever had in my life. Literally threw it away. How do you make a cheeseburger so chewy and tasteless?? It was like eating paper. The cashier also gave terrible service, they seemed annoyed I was there at all. I'm shocked the airport has so little choices in general but trust me eat somewhere else. Anywhere else.
