Mal servicio.

El Rinconcito Centroamericano is a restaurant located in Kenner, known for its delicious Central American food. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with Christian music playing quietly in Spanish. The menu features a variety of dishes, including the star dish, the parrillada, which comes with grilled steak, chicken, pork chop, shrimp, smoked sausage, beans, cabbage salad, pico de gallo, and plantain slices. They also offer traditional Mexican street tacos, birria tacos, pupusas, and Honduran tacos, enchiladas, and tamales. The tacos are great, with good flavor and texture, and the green sauce is very hot.
For breakfast, they have baleadas and a traditional breakfast with eggs, avocado, cheese, beans, tortilla, and sweet plantains. The eggs can be too fatty, and some dishes may lack seasoning, but the Honduran breakfast is one of the best, especially the marinated flank steak (carne asada) which is tenderized before cooking. Their tortillas are homemade, and the flour tortillas are large and comparable to homemade pita and Ethiopian sponge bread. They also offer traditional horchata and fresh juice choices.
The restaurant is very nice, clean, and pleasant, with a spacious seating area. The service is fast and attentive, and the staff is super friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The place is wheelchair accessible, has enough parking, and is kid-friendly. The food takes around 40 minutes to come out, but it is worth the wait as everything is served hot and fresh. Overall, it's an excellent place to enjoy delicious Central American food with family and friends.
