Fisherman's Cove Seafood Reviews
I swore I would never go back and buy Fresh shrimp again from Fisherman's Cove. But in a pinch.I said let me try one more time again . I asked for a pound and a 1/2.I was charged for 2 pounds. So I thought well maybe I had 2 pounds In the bag wrong it was one pound six ounces Of mushy black heads and feet . Never again don't waste your money. I am one who never complains or make a complaint but enough is enough . Food is too high to get ripped off .
We purchased crabs yesterday on our way home to West Monroe from a business trip to New Orleans. I told my husband on our way to NO that I had an Envie for boiled crabs. We looked in NO and could not find any boiled. One the way home we google boiled crabs and stopped by. They were so delicious, big, spiced just right and full of meat. We will be back!!!

Fisherman's Cove Seafood is a small store that offers a great selection of fresh and frozen seafood, including crawfish stuffed chicken, pork chops, shrimp, fish, oysters, scallops, turtle soup, gumbo, boudin balls, alligator, and boiled crab. Visitors can find crabs and corn with just the right spice level. It is surprising that such a small store with a large assortment of seafood does not have an overwhelming fish odor. Customers have enjoyed fresh shrimp, which is much more tender than frozen options, and the oysters are fresh and very good. The store impresses with its clean appearance and helpful service, with staff being friendly and patient, even assisting with packaging and providing ice for transport. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, making it a nice spot to enjoy a meal or buy seafood. Some highlights include the catfish po'boy, sweet potato fries, and a delightful seafood boil that includes shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes. Despite minor issues with the neighboring restaurant's drink station and service, Fisherman's Cove Seafood remains a must-visit for seafood lovers looking for quality products in the area. The store also sells seasonings that customers can use to cook the seafood, and the fried delights are crispy and flavorful, with the oysters being especially praised.
