Super upset! I came to this location twice on different days and they didn’t have crawfish nachos (literally the only thing I came for ) . I tried to call ahead of time to verify so I didn’t waste a trip like I did before but there is NO number to call the business ( strange) . Got there & didn’t see a “ no crawfish nachos sign” so I waited in a really long line just to get to the front and they still didn’t have it .. another trip wasted! Not sure how I could prevent making ANOTHER blank trip if they don’t have way to get in contact.

The pina colada snowball and crawfish nachos were very good, but my stomach hurt so bad when I got home. I thought I would have to go to the hospital, but a dose of Pepto helped. I ate less than half of the nachos

Very busy but moves fast. Great variety of snoballs ice cream and snacks. All the customers have smiles on their faces. The nachos look delish. I will be hanging out there a lot. 😍😋

I decided to order the crawfish nachos because of a Tik tok post and they were not as good for me. My cheese was very COLD AND I HAD SO MANY JALAPEÑOS they were all over the chips , it was too spicy to eat. I moved them to the side so that I TRY to eat it. Very disappointed. I ended up throwing it away.

Flavors Snoballs not only is delicious, but offers great service. Haven't seen a business more consistent than Flavors. Their staff is very polite and always willing to help you, and they offer a variety of delicious treats and foods, and they are very creative with their Taylor Swift Snoballs too! Couldn't recommend a better dessert shop than this!!
I've gone here a few times before and the experience wasn't too bad. The problem is that recently every time I've gone there the employee's attitude is just out right horrible. The lady making the snowballs didn't call my name and just sat it on the counter, there were other customers as well so I couldn't just assume it was mine and had to go up and ask when I did she rolled her eyes and said yes. I didn't want to make trouble so I just took it and left, the other time I went I had gotten nachos and a medium spearmint snowball and she just kept messing up my order there wasn't even that many people this time just like 3 or 4 people and most of them already had their orders first she gave me small size instead of medium then when I told her it was the wrong size she got mad and walked away with the snow ball and just dumped it into a medium cup and brought it back to me, I asked her if she could fix it since it really didn't look right the cup only had half a snowball inside so she fixed it and put it on the counter with the syrup leaking outside of the cup.

The service is not good the lady wasn't answering me n she was telling me to Hurry up and there was no other Customers Behind me. I had to get my money back because I found A piece of hair in my nachos it was brownhair

The customer service was not good at all. The first time I went there the lady didn't even hand me my snow ball she put it on the counter she knew it was spilling and walked away without calling my name to let me know that the snowball was mine. I'm a paying customer I give tips and all I had was one snow ball she could have wiped the cup first or said I'm sorry about that. Then the next day she just sits my stuff on the counter doesn't say a name or anything just walks away then she got my cup size wrong and she just put it in another cup so when I didn't see the candy on top I asked the owner about it and he has a slight attitude just not as bad as her, and he said its at the bottom he took it back in put sum at the top because he knew that what she did was wrong. I didn't tell them anything because they already had a attitude and I didn't wanna make it worse, this my first time in my life having to make a review on terrible customer service.

Don't get me wrong, everything here is great. They are expensive but who isn't these days. My biggest problem is the employees don't seem to receive tips. Apparently the tips go to the owners (even when they're not there!), which is deceitful in my opinion. Every other stand I've been to, the girls (and guys) busting their ass receive the tips. That's who IM tipping when I leave money in the jar, not someone I can't even see.
