Contemporary sushi place with a varied menu. I've yet to be disappointed by any of their rolls, and this was actually the first place I tried tempura as a kid. The tempura is FANTASTIC, and the Combination Tempura Dinner was my selection again last night. Comes with shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. The batter is light and flavorful.
LOVE SAKE CAFE, they have spoiled me for any other sushi place, especially when it comes to their salmon sashimi, the amount of sushi you get has spoiled me. every other sushi place cannot compare to sake cafe, no comparison. Sashimi slices are plentiful and thick. always a great experience, whether in kenner or elmwood. 100% always my go to sushi. keep it up guys

Sake Cafe of Chateau has some of the best sushi in Kenner. I had the wasabi tobiku sushi roll and the crunchy roll. Both were very tasty and fresh and they didn't skimp on the wasabi. It drives me crazy when sushi restaurants don't give me enough wasabi, what can I say, I like it hot!!! Anyways, I also got the snow crab salad which was refreshing and light.
