7:20 a.m. Here early morning. breakfast food in their glass case but staff says it’s not ready for sale in a rude manner, many potential customers walk away. Large crowds your loss. Why place it in the display if not ready for sale?

Best deal of any airport ive ever been to. Ive been twice and have gotten red beans and rice and shrimp and grits. Large delicious portions with a veggie side. Would be bomb even if it wasnt in an airport for the price.

This is the best food in terminal C by far. All home made Cajun and southern dishes not just mediocre airport food. Also the cashier Matilda helped me twice when I was dysfunction with my bags and spilling bisque all over myself. Plus cool open area to eat with new tables and outlets and nice lighting.

Avoid this place when in the airport. Slow service. Average food.We wanted a taste of New Orleans, and were extremely disappointed. They were not very busy. It took forever to get our shrimp Po boys out. A big thumbs down.

The red beans and rice with andouille was pretty good, and the sausage had a good snap the casing with some spice. The "seafood" gumbo should just be called gumbo. I found 4 of the tiniest crawfish tails I never knew were even legal to harvest and that was the extent of the seafood. It was also very bland and needed salt. Service was friendly and the place seemed clean. Not a bad spot overall to hangout waiting for a flight.

This place is top notch. I live in Chicago, IL where different foods are very plentiful. The crawfish etouffee was fantastic. And then the green beans were outstanding.

Overpriced croissants and fruit parfaits. Go to auntie Annie's or Starbucks and you'll know the actual price. I feel like they upcharged me because we are obviously tourists.

A little bit disorganized as far as service - it's confusing to see where to order and people cut in line "accidentally" for that reason. However I got the gumbo + shrimp po'boy (all the fixings) and it was lovely. Why do most airport food places have sub-2 or sub-3 star ratings? If this spot can do it, idk how anyone else can mess it up (grumpy airport folks?) Anyways, I was overall very satisfied with Folse and happy I got to have a delicious last meal in New Orleans before I left.

Just enjoyed an excellent gumbo at Folse Market. I thought it was strange that they don't put the prices on the menu but I asked, and the prices were reasonable. It was hot, fresh, perfectly seasoned - if I closed my eyes and shut my ears, I would have thought I was in a restaurant and not an airport. Best "airport food" I have had and I'll be back again soon. Very friendly staff of folks that I encountered. An asset to MSY - or rather, Louis Armstrong Airport! Yum!

For an airport restaurant it was a good deal better than some of the super expensive dives that you are stuck with at places like LAX or SEA-TAC. The food was tasty and not too pricy.

The crawfish was fantastic!

Very good for airport food! My boyfriend and I were at the airport and our flight was delayed a bit. Hunger hit and this is where we found ourselves as it was right near our gate. We were offered samples of gumbo and shrimp and grits. Both were delish, but we went with po boys. I had a fried shrimp po boy that was yummy. I forgot the name of his po boy but it had both fried shrimp and fried oysters. He enjoyed! Just because it's airport food, doesn't mean it's bad! Try it...especially to get your last taste of Nola before heading home.
