Shane was a wonderful server - knew the menu, made excellent recommendations, attentive, and good humor. Of course our lunch was delicious! You just can't go wrong ordering their pizza - especially with their hand made cauliflower crust. But ya'll the meatballs and red sauce can not be beat 🙌🍽️

One of the best places, hands down. Gendusa's was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad that I took them up on it. My husband and I went on a Friday night and had the Muff bread appetizer (basically an open faced muffaletta without meat), and we split a Frank Costello pizza.

The atmosphere is amazing as well. There's a covered and enclosed patio with air conditioning where we sat. It was date night, and the location made it a perfect night.

RUN, don't walk, here. I highly recommend this place.

The atmosphere and food are amazing prices are great. Can be a little loud but it's expected it's in New Orleans restaurant come on people you know what you going to expect. Now the wait staff it depends on who you get some of them are amazing take care of you some of them not so much. Is it worth it absolutely

Everything was delicious, other than the one thing. The artichoke was not finished being cooked. You couldn't pull leaf meat off and the heart was hard. Don't know if it's because they wasn't iced first or not finished cooking. I've never had an artichoke hard to eat . Maybe tourist dont know better. I've since baked it at home and it's almost a soft heart. It smells like grandma's kitchen when you enter. The portions are great. All other food was delicious. The artichoke was the biggest reason for eating here. Due to this I took away a star. Great staff. Pleasant atmosphere.

The creamy tomato and basil soup was amazing! I also really enjoyed the shrimp and crab ravioli.

We had breakfast at Gendusa's and it was delicious! The chicken and waffles are so good and the pancakes are very fluffy and tasty. The service is excellent and coffee cup stays filled. We also ordered the mimosas and my wife had the blueberry mimosa and loved it. I highly recommend everyone should go try this place out if you haven't. Definitely worth it! The price is very affordable!

I have been coming here for 7 years. As a regular customer I have noticed there has been extreme changes in food and the atmosphere. The food has let me down, so much so, that I believe there’s a bigger issue than it just being the kitchen. Troy is rarely around anymore, and when he is; he doesn’t even speak. I remember the countless times my family and I would have great conversations with him, which made us want to continue to go back. It used to feel like we were part of the family there, now it feels like a ghost town.

Overall we had an enjoyable experience and would dine here again. The portions are GINORMOUS. I give the food a 4/5. I started with the tomato bisque which was delicious but cold, and for dinner I had the Carlos Gambino calzone, which was very tasty but be careful with the huge wads of cheese. The guys enjoyed their Italian Sausage dishes. Service was prompt but not all that friendly.
