“Eat crush meals is the perfect plan if you are looking to lose weight. I lost 25 lbs on this program and go back to it every time I need a reset. It’s also good for maintenance if your like me and fall off the wagon sometimes. The Meals are always fresh and tasty. Delivery right to your front door too. Very convenient!!“
