Absolutely made our trip to New Orleans , we came for a wedding and left with new friends , this has by far been the best seafood and hospitality I’ve ever had at a restaurant , Trudy and her amazing staff outdid theirselves , I highly recommend , ask for Kayla , she is a great server with a awesome personality, and as far as Trudy, make sure you give her a thumbs up on the way out the door, highly recommended if your looking for a all around wonderful dinner

I'm from Lafayette and had to catch a flight in NOLA, went here on a recommendation. The food was great, the service was great, and the owner thanked us on the way out! Definitely will be back.

Disappointed with Quality and Customer Service I bought a sack of crawfish from Kenner Seafood yesterday evening, only to find that 75% of them were dead—completely unacceptable for live seafood. When I returned the next day with my receipt to request a refund for the bad crawfish, the manager first questioned if they even came from her store and then refused to take responsibility, saying I should have brought them back the same day. I understand that live seafood can be unpredictable, but a business should stand behind its product, especially when a customer has proof of purchase. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and no accountability. I won’t be buying from here again, and I’d recommend others think twice before doing so.

We make Kenner Seafood our first stop when we come to New Orleans. We live in TN and have been going to Kenner over 20 years and the food has ALWAYS been wonderful

This place has been a Kenner staple since I was a kid! The servers are polite and thorough here. The menu has a lot of options, and I haven't tried something that wasn't tasty yet. Classic seafood and poboys spot with red beans ,too. They also have a seafood shop in the front.

Unfortunately we three had an inattentive waitress. Boiled shrimp was hard to peel. Previous dining-in has been up to par. This is our go-to spot, so we're not giving up.

I'm not impressed. I came from out of town and went here after a suggestion. I had gumbo, and the first spoon full had a frog leg in it. Bone, skin, and all. I then had a poboy, and it was the worst I've had, ever. Waitress had no personality and acted as though my presence bothered her. I'm not sure how this place gets such good reviews.

I know what frog legs are, I've eaten them many times. Do you serve frog legs, I'm pretty sure you do. Someone put frog legs in my gumbo. As for the server, I couldn't tell you her name.
