My partner and I visited since I flight was delayed home. Miss Cindy behind the bar had amazing customer service, so sweet and genuine, it’s rare these days. We ordered the fried chicken and the chicken breast entree, everything bite was amazing.

We finished our New Orleans trip in the best way thanks to Cindy! She made us feel so welcomed and cared for — truly above-and-beyond service. The food was great too; I got the burger and it was delicious. Cindy is an absolute gem! 💛

I means it’s an airport restaurant but still the food really mediocre. Skip it.

Pretty stoked to discover this place at the airport! Way better than going into lounge haha we just got the fried chicken, man what a great price for 3 pieces of chicken with fries, can't beat that especially for airport. Food made to order and was piping hot almost burned my fingers peeling the skin off. Soooo gooood I could just stay here and eat all day 😍

When at the airport, skip Emerils Place...not a friendly place. Leah's has great food, great atmosphere, and super friendly wait staff. Glad I found it. My server was Julia.

I had the BBQ shrimp appetizer. I also ordered the Aheimp poor boy. I used the excess gravey from the appetizer to Drizzle on my sandwich. It was so good.

5 stars for service. Staff was slammed for breakfast but handled it with grace and friendly service. The food was bad. My eggs and pancakes were cooked in a very foul tasting oil. Others in the group commented on how oily and off tasting the eggs were. Shrimps and Grits were good. Should have saved money and went to hateful chicken next door.

The most watery gumbo I’ve ever had in my 71 years of life of growing up in New Orleans.
Flavor was decent but a little bit too spicy. No crackers. Bread for five dollars which I did not order - that was absurd. No potato salad, but at least they didn’t put tons of rice in there to make up for it.
Plastic flatware at a Leah Chase restaurant. Really?!
New Orleans’s best, in a city whose main income is tourism, now being mediocre.
Shame
At least they have a presence at the airport.
At the old terminal, it was rated as one of the top six airport restaurants in the United States!!!! I ate there often right on Concourse B.
Quite a fall

Slower than expected service so don't expect a quick dine before a flight.

The place was accommodating when the airport was packed and chaotic, the server was very cool, however my meal came in a straight up used dirty plate that had dried old food on it from someone else’s previous meal. The server was apologetic and took $5 off the bill. Really a shame because the food was good. Lacking basic kitchen sanitation. Too bad. Only giving 2 stars cause the server was cool

Waited 10 minutes to have the order taken, and when finally it was out turn - they did not have anything available. It was just easier to move restaurant. Nevertheless the waiter was very nice.

The shrimp creole was really good. Everything came out fast (they weren't busy). My only complaint is that the prices are a bit high for the amount of food that you get.
