This airport has the worst baggage claim I’ve ever seen. You will wait at least 45 minutes for your bag every time.
Allocate an extra 45 minutes for the rental shuttle 🤡

Great new airport with lots of clean bathrooms, chairs with power outlets, and places to eat. One of our favorite new airports.
Map on the wall on the first floor showing the different neighborhoods of New Orleans has an error. The Holy Cross neighborhood is mistakenly shown as “Holly” Cross. Didn’t anyone check this for accuracy before putting it on the wall?!
Bathrooms are always clean. Love the restaurants and stores!
