Some of the worst staff, tsa precheck was full of rude workers that honestly shouldn't have the luxury of working at such a nice place. The airport is beautiful and the lounge is perfect.
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) gets my vote as the best airport in the world—for one simple reason: the flat continuous hard tile flooring. This thoughtful design makes maneuvering wheeled luggage effortless, allowing travelers to glide through the terminal with ease. A small detail, perhaps, but one that makes a world of difference in the airport experience. None of that low pile carpet crap of most other airports.
World's Airport Service Quality program. In 2021, J.D. Power ranked it the best large airport in North America for customer satisfaction, representing a remarkable climb from #23 in 2019, with particularly strong ratings for food, beverage, and retail offerings.
