Map on the wall on the first floor showing the different neighborhoods of New Orleans has an error. The Holy Cross neighborhood is mistakenly shown as “Holly” Cross. Didn’t anyone check this for accuracy before putting it on the wall?!
I always like using this Airport. Its new, efficient and most friendly. Staff all around are very polite and ready help, Southern Courtesy at the best. Please keep up the good work.
Some of the worst staff, tsa precheck was full of rude workers that honestly shouldn't have the luxury of working at such a nice place. The airport is beautiful and the lounge is perfect.
