I was pleasantly surprised by the Shake Shack at the New Orleans airport. The burger was fresh, hot, and tasted just as good as one from a standalone restaurant. It’s rare to get food of this quality in an airport, and I was genuinely impressed.
Based on my experience, the current Google rating seems very unfair and misleading. If you’re looking for a great burger before your flight, don’t let the low rating keep you away. I’d happily eat here again.

Shake Shack do right with the Double Shack. So good is Double Shack, you’ll probably go back to get another Double Shack. That means you will have Double Double Shacked! Double ShackBurger for the win and a much happy belly!
Great food and customer service. Only complaint was the price of the food. Kind of expensive but everything is in the airport so I’ll give them a pass on that. Overall, 5-Star burger especially the fries.
