Pretty unimpressed. I ordered the bacon cheese fries and was disappointed to find the cheese and bacon in small cups instead of smothering my fries. The cheese and bacon portions were small and definitely not enough for my fry order. The chocolate shake was good but a little too thick to easily drink through a straw.

Terrible customer service, for about 5 minutes the staff was talking in the back cooking while customers were just waiting to be attended no orders were being brought out and they were screening up orders when they returned.

I love the Mushroom Burger. It taste very good. It took about 7-9 minutes, what I think is okay. Not much to say about the service, everything goes quite fast. We also eat the cheese fries, that one is not everyone’s taste. But the fries alone is good.

It is 1pm on a weekday and I cannot buy a shake because their machine is down. I would expect something like this from McDonald's. How can your name be Shake Shack and not sell shakes?At a minimum it would've been nice if a sign was posted so people won't waste their time standing in line.

I ordered a burger and waited a good 10 minutes. I noticed that someone who ordered before me got his. I waited some more then I heard they had no chef! But, someone else who ordered after me got his. I asked “how is that possible”? The cashier said “no chef” I asked for s refund. The manager, small black woman in a cheap pink suit starts talking to me through the cashier: “don’t let anyone make your job hard, you did what you could, you was nice enough to take the order. I said “nice enough? Isn’t that her job?“ the manager said “was she polite!” I said “yes” she shrugged. So apparently that’s it. They get to waste your time and scold you. This place is a joke. We came to Emilia instead. Fast, clean, pleasant. Save your time with this place.

Cold cheese. Cold fries. Cheese literally turned to cheese wiz in 3 mins after opening it. I could not even pour over the "fries". Horrible horrible horrible! Go to Chic-fil-a around the corner please please please. Had I know I was that close the Chick-fil-a, I would have not stopped. Shack Shack, please please get your location expectations under control. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

After waiting several minutes at a counter with no employees visible everything the kitchen, 1 person came out and started handing out the 3 meals that were just completed. One meal was missing a bread pudding. While waiting for the bread pudding to be completed, the fire-haired employee refused to take my order after I asked if I could order. She stood there drinking her drink waiting for 1 item in a previous order. No other customers were in the area waiting to order or get their food. I left
Just go to Chikfila, food was salty and tasted like the oil was burnt. The chicken. Sandwich would've been great if nor for this.

Avoid if tight on time for flight. Took ten minutes to order and no one else was in front of us. Seemed very understaffed. 20 minutes to get food after ordering and it was missing items. Person taking orders was also prepping food. Needs better staffing and management. Food was good. Place was clean.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced , not just at a shake shack but at any store or restaurant. Just go anywhere else in the airport for food, it’s not worth the horrible service you’ll receive at this location. I expect more from shake shack!

The food was delicious. They got in the weeds for a little bit but Jackie, who should be recognized, calmly collected everyone’s tickets (who were waiting for food) and got everything back on track pretty quickly. She did a great job.Vegetarian options: Mushroom sandwich.
