Absolutely horrible service. None of the staff there spoke English when we went. I tried explaining my order multiple times, but they just looked at me and said the same words. What number do you want. That's all they could say besides sorry, I can't speak English. They wouldn't add to my order or adjust it from what was on the menu listed. Asked for mayo, only still got everything. If you're going to run an establishment in the US, then don't hire people who can't speak or read English.

I drink coffee like 6x a day and I want it really cold caramel ice coffee but I don’t want it with too much caramel. I wasted my order bcoz they pump too much caramel on it. So every time I buy I always give instructions 4 pumps is perfect. For some reason they don’t understand a word what im saying most of the time. It turns out most people that works there can’t speak English,One time my cheese burger got caramel and the bag was so sticky.The food was cold.There coffee machine is always broken. Sometimes they can’t get my order right. They keep forgetting the shot espresso. And if there out of espresso I have to argue with them since no espresso they owed me a dollar. It’s the worst McDonald I’ve ever been. Very rude. Instead of paying attention with the customer order she’s too busy speaking Spanish on the phone.

Line was out to the road. I got to the place to order and put in my order then they asked me to hold on. 10 minutes later they asked me my order again. I gave the order, went through and paid. They gave me a diet Coke instead of a coke and a regular Big Mac instead of the double Big Mac that I paid for.

Take forever to answer the speaker, then rush you to order, then take forever to make 2 burgers and 4 nuggets, then forget my sons apple juice, and just rude.

If I could give this McDonald's on Loyola Drive zero stars I would. Don't go there!!! The manager doesn't care therefore the crew doesn't care. I visited about 845pm Fri Jan 19th one crew was on the phone, looked up at me and walked away, a lady who seemed to be the manager came up looked at me but said, "I thought I locked that door". I asked were you closed? May I order something, she said "what do you need"? I ordered a happy meal then asked for a shake, she promptly said "We don't have shakes!" I replied, so you don't sell shakes? She just said, "we don't have shakes", rang up my order and walked off with no words. I got the happy meal, I asked if they had the plushy animals that was advertised in the lobby, which was the reason we went there. She just said "no". Smh. As I waited for my meal I started to write a review using the receipt she gave me, I think she noticed and said, "So you're really gonna do review on me"? I just took my order and left with no words. Just sad, No appreciation for her job. And this was the manager. Let that sink in. Bye ? See you Never!
