I’m trying to help the owner understand the problem at this location. Tonight, I waited about one hour just to place my food order, and then waited more than 20 additional minutes to actually receive my food.
I’m not trying to complain or blame the workers. I want the owner to understand how serious the service problem is. They can check the security cameras around 1:15AM to see exactly how long I was waiting. I hope they can add more staff and have a faster...read full review

Stood at the counter to order for 9 minutes and no one acknowledged us. They stood in the back with their backs turned to us. They turned and saw us and we left 6 minutes later no having ordered. Glad we don't live around here.
Not open 24 hours. Yall need to stop lying and put your real times on the app. Its after 5am and yall still aren't open. Ordered on the mobile app and arrived at 630 and they still arent open. What's going on here??
