The food was alright, but it took nearly 40 minutes for a small pizza. Not the mention the woman tending the bar was very strict about who could sit and eat where. Yes, I realize the bar area is for full service dining, but let me sit, figure things out, and decide if I want to dine in, particularly when your bar has thirty seats, and only 2 are occupied.

This was hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s hard to imagine how they’re still allowed to operate inside an airport. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I waited 50 minutes for the smallest size pizza and it never arrived.
I seriously suspect this place is racist .The table that came after me got their pizza long before mine. When I asked the staff about my order, the server acted innocent and avoided responsibility, as if I was the one rushing them. After waiting for an hour, I left with nothing.
The servers had blank expressions the whole time and showed zero apology or accountability. Do not come to this restaurant. If you’re not their preferred customer, be prepared to wait 3 hours for a simple pizza. They are discriminatory, and their attitude is unacceptable.

I would give below ZERO. Rubbish restaurant I mistakenly ordered the counter and walked to set. Rudely the waitress stopped me 1. saying you can't set, take your order away. 2. I discussed asking if I can set, I want to refund, she said you can't refund. 3. I asked for the manager, she said keep waiting until the manager comes. 4. When I raised my voice the manager came and I'm not sure if refunded.

Food ok but service awful. If you order at a self order kiosk you can’t eat in the restaurant, but the people taking orders aren’t paying attention. Expect your wait to be at least 20-30 minutes on a good day, mine was longer….

Not much to say, it was a pizza joint in an airport. All the usual expectations were met for an airport restaurant apart from one (read on to find out more).
Prices were high but the pizza I order was advertised as 14”. To my pleasant surprise it was DEFINITELY 16”+ to the envy of my friend Callum. I don’t know if this was an error, or if it is a hack they like to keep secret.
Either way- go here and get the 16” pizza. The pizza wasn’t bad either. Far better value than the small ones, and get like 3x as much (in addition to the classic pizza mathematical principles of one big being better than two small due to more overall area and a larger proportion of that area being not crust).
The lady made a rude comment to me when I didn’t tip. I didn’t think rules applied in an airport and the service was simply fine, not exceptional.

Truly horrible food. The salad was old and wilted. The pizza dough was undercooked and flavorless. I have had Midway in New Orleans and this is not even close to comparable. Tasted like really bad, frozen pizza you make at home.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Gamble it or throw it into the street instead.
Do not eat here! Worst service ever. I waited 15mins for a small pizza to go only to watch the girl give it away to an airport worker. Sure they need to eat but she ordered after me and I had to catch a flight. I had to abandon my pizza and went to my gate while they were boarding the 5th group.
It’s my fault though. I should have know “Mid-Way pizza” would be lacking. Should have gotten anything else instead.
I literally walk away with nothing!!! They stole my money and time. They almost lost me my flight.

Be careful, if you self order on the kiosk then the staff does not allow you to dine in. I didn’t see „To go only“ sign and ordered there and I was just sent away. Pizza was ok, but burned on one side.

It’s a restaurant in the Airport lobby. Extremely high prices and get ready to empty your wallet. One Miller lite for $13.35 plus CC Surcharge. The 14” Pizza for $26.00? Which they call a Large Pizza. For two people the lunch bill $89.49??

The staff has no sense of urgency. Took the gal making pizzas 15 minutes to start making the pizza I ordered, and it takes 10 minutes to cook. This was on a day when they were very slow. Not many people waiting. The staff was nice and pleasant other than that.
