The staff has no sense of urgency. Took the gal making pizzas 15 minutes to start making the pizza I ordered, and it takes 10 minutes to cook. This was on a day when they were very slow. Not many people waiting. The staff was nice and pleasant other than that.

Food looks great, but be careful where you order. If there is a heavier set older blonde bar maid, she will refuse you the ability to sit and dine if you order there food from the kiosk and not the wait staff. So disgusted by the lack of hospitality didn't even stick around to try it.

Sat at bar. Female bartender snipes at me about where I should sit then takes order. 45 minutes later, four people at the bar have come, got her service, and got their food within 10-15 minutes. She never says a word to me and eventually I just left. I know there was an order bc I had a ticket in the glass in front of me. The others at the bar were giving me sympathy. I’m the only one who didn’t order alcohol. That’s no excuse. I had a time to kill before my flight, but still it was absurd and nobody looked happy eating their pizza. Looked very mid.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Bartender Angel was very rude to everyone except her friends who she was talking to at the bar while she avoided acknowledging guests. We asked her to wipe the sticky counter in front of us. Nope. Sadly, the pizza was so sad and yucky. I've had better pizza at 7-Eleven.

Really poor experience! I did a take out order. There was no place to wait. Staff is very demotivated and lack communication skills. The lady at the bar/service area was very rude. Saw an employee eat a topping out of a customer's pizza!! Shocked to see that this establishment has a permit to sell food at the airport!

I waited over an hour for a personal pizza and my order was wrong. There were people who arrived well after me that were getting served before me. I sat at the bar and the bartender this afternoon was great but the pizza cook couldn't handle the orders and ended up arguing with one of the other customers. Not a great place to stop if you need to rush to a flight. Don't stop here unless you have a LONG layover.

Can’t be waiting 30 minutes in the “to go” line at the airport only to be told your pizza is not even in the oven yet! Two people working the line and only one making pizzas. Several burnt because no one to watch the oven!
Seeing the other reviews we were hesitant to eat here but must say the pizza and wings were delicious, waitress did a great job, and the pizza and wings came out in about 20 minutes. The restraunt was fairly empty when we walked in, so this could be why service was fast, but our experience was wonderful.
Everyone ignores us. The kiosks said they were out of every single item. Can’t really get any worse than no food

Don’t. “It will take 45 minutes to give you service “. “Pizza will take an additional 20 minutes”. The pizza did not arrive for 90 minutes. Fortunately I had 3 hours to kill before boarding. I got a sense that I was not being served owing to my ethnicity. I say this because other folks around me got their food way before me. Once I requested to be served I was given meatballs ( tasteless) to placate me. I think they should shut down
