Pizza is decent. Ordering food is a problem. You have to scan a QR to order but if you have a large party you really need one person to submit the order and pay. If multiple people scan the same code you see everyone’s order all phones that scan it. There are no servers per se but someone is assigned to the tables. Our person was kind of rude because I didn’t understand the ordering system and somehow paid for my portion only. The ticket was slapped down in front of me and I was told, “I don’t know what you did here.” She then walked away without a discussion. This caused problems with getting our food in a timely fashion. Good thing we had plenty of time. Would I eat here again? Maybe. However, they should have a wait staff and do away with how you order currently.

I'm shocked at all the bad reviews. I was served quickly. And the waitress checked on me frequently. The food also came out quickly. I just got the pepperoni pizza with jalapeños. It was pretty good. Nothing wild since it is airport food. But I experienced good service.

Sadly, Nothing on the menu as advertised! No tacos, No, fruity alcoholic cocktails. Do not put things on the menu for advertising and not have it. Great staff but Sadly, Walked out.

Disgusting food. Something not right with the place that has such a great Chefs name on it. Plastic cutlery, pre made and pre cooked food (if you can call it that) and no one knows how to heat or toast the bread. Disappointing finish to such a great foodie town

Sub par food even for an airport. Coffee was terrible. Had a 1/4 inch of coffee grounds in my cup. Slow service, watched more than a handful of people walk out waiting on a waitress. Waitress wasnt very friendly at all. Maybe find a different profession if your not happy with what you do.

I was flying home, stopped for a chicken Ceasar salad. $14, salad, $5 more to add chix. The salad came out, was small, 5 pieces of small grilled chix, $1 each. The lettuce was soft and old, the tomatoes(who puts tomatoes on a chicken ceasar?) they were old, when they get sponge-like, smushy,the dressing had no taste, I only ate the chix, the bartender asked if I was done, I showed her how everything looked, and it was old produce, she took it and told the chef. I got charged for my whole rotten meal

So much potential as great location and decent menu that falls on terrible service provided by people who rush around seeming busy but in reality aren't doing much. Easily over 10 people working to serve roughly 30 people with order and payment done by QR code but had to wait 15min to get one of the many empty tables and not have anyone check if my food was okay after delivery. Staff need retraining

This is for DELTA AIRLINES!!! Hopefully y’all see this The Delta airline employee Kadia and the supervisor Kaylon at the MSY - Louis Armonstrong airport at gate C4 suspended my flight because I was sitting with my puppy on a leash waiting for boarding. I said I will put him in his carrier once we start boarding as I’m trying to keep him calm so he doesn’t disturb while we are on the actual flight as this is his first flight. I’ve done this on my original flight coming to New Orleans at SYR and ATL airport. We set here at MSY since 5pm and no one came to me to inform me that he had to be put up especially as I travel a lot and see people walk with their dogs on a leash in the airports and not getting their flights suspended or cancelled as a joke. This makes me not want to be a delta customer anymore as I thought you all were a great company but your employees are very unfriendly. I will no longer recommend delta and I will be closing my delta AMEX and look into another airline that are people and pet friendly! And another thing, she stated it’s the airport rules that all dogs must be in carriers at all times which it is not an airport rule, I confirmed the dog must be on a leash if not in kennel. Also a customer walked off a delta flight at the gate right next to us 3 minutes before this happened and the dog was not in their crate …walking off the plane on a leash. The dog was as small as my dog …so their dog wasn’t a service dog neither as I’m guessing she assumed my dog wasn’t by my dog size and no service label. She didn’t know my name or asked any questions to confirm if my dog was a service dog!

Quite literally the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in decades with respect to service. Left to wait for 20+ minutes for a table (many were open) even though I very obviously walk with a cane, and then literally no interaction with a server after we were seated. A cook finally took pity on us and brought us food, drinks and cutlery. All the servers were wandering around carrying people’s cheques and muttering. And what’s most ironic…both ordering and paying could be done online! SMH

We was leaving new Orleans we had a early flight so we stop for breakfast the hostess was not friendly we stood at the door waiting to be seated like he ask us to do we should have kept walking nasty and cold food

Stood in line for 15 minutes and was not even acknowledged. Finally got someone’s attention and asked if they were closed. I was told they were on a 30 minute wait. 100% would not recommend
