Absolutely horrible service. We ordered a chicken sandwich and a pizza. Waited atleast 45 minutes to get the pizza. Which was good. After waiting an hour and a half we never received the sandwich despite asking multiple times and being told they were cooking it. We ended up telling them to cancel the sandwich and left.

Ordered food at 10:10a. 20,minutes later, waitress said she was leaving but would make sure our food was delivered. 10 minutes later (it has now been more than 30,minutes waiting for egg sandwich) someone came out saying the cook lost our order & too late to get anything as they were now shifting to lunch & would have to wait 30 minutes to order.
Also, there was an obnoxious male (likely drunk) talking very loudly & swearing. Nobody did anything about it. This place should be shut down!

This place is TERRIBLE....Let me start with a customer's uncovered pizza, just sitting out, which is a healthcare violation.

So I waited 25 minutes for a Burger I ordered for my Wife, only to find out, they never even made it and the Catfish fingers that I ordered, were not even available.

And then, the workers are all arguing with each other.

I got my money back and came to the Shake Shack.

Employees at Airports are mean as hell and this is proof !!!

Food was absolutely perfect! Ordered the Shrimp Po'Boy and its the best I've had! Service was great! Mary was fantastic! She got me a drink right away and even taught me how to organize my Po'Boy (after I asked .. I was pretty clueless!). Food came out hot and tasted incredible. Great spices on the shrimp and the gremolata was spicy and tangy. Yum!!

I ordered pork nachos, the pork was mostly fat. I asked to speak to the manager, she had zero communication skills and walked off when I explained that my pork was mostly fat. The reviews are correct.

This has been one of my worst dining experiences.
1. The service was extremely poor — no staff greeted us, and no one provided basic necessities like drink cups or guidance.
2. The burger had an unpleasant, spoiled-meat smell and was served cold.
3. The pork chops were also cold and not enjoyable.

Probably worst pizzas in a while. Everything besides salami was flavourless and the base dough was like cardboard, as if it went into oven straight from the freezer.

The passenger pick up area is crazy ridiculous. Everything else about the airport, we absolutely love!! But the people working and stopping people from entering there pick up ride outside is crazy!

Only way to order is through a QR code on the table. Ordering options allow you to put in allergy information. Wife entered celiac and gluten free on her order. Her plate was delivered with toast and its crumbs all over her food. A celiac’s nightmare. Automation FAILED. Bring back the human side of service.

Despite the fact that I ordered to go and notified the staffer of my time constraint, I waited 25 minutes for a to go sandwich, and they were too late getting it to me, so I did not get the fries that went with it. Meanwhile, I was anxious and rushing and got to the gate just as my flight was boarding. What a joke for an airport restaurant! Everyone was courteous and sweet, but totally unable to deliver a basic airport service.
