Unbelievably rude and nasty worker. I’m literally stunned at the way she spoke to me

Got my coffee and breakfast sandwich quickly and there was plenty of comfortable seating. But this might have been the most disappointing breakfast sandwich I've ever had for $10.

Harley or Harlin was serving us and she was really pleasant to deal with. She had some nice, easy music low in the background that helped me relax while I had a wedge salad and an amber beer. The beer was cold and salad had a nice presentation. The difference was her easy going attitude and her willingness to please her customers. I will dine here only if she is here!!! My buddy also had a nice experience.

I mean it’s an airport coffee shop but it’s 10x better than whatever Starbucks is serving these days. And no line.
They have no milk or creamer for coffee and you find this out after paying! Was told to try chick fil a.Skip PJ’s and go to Starbucks or Peet’s further in.

Most humiliating experience dye to poor customer service. As a visually impaired person I was unable to read the menu and requested the cashier inform me of the types of coffee available, the response was brief stating just regular coffee and lattes. When I requested more information it seemed as if I the customer was harassing the cashier. It takes a lot to ask for help to read. Imagine my shame at the hands of this lady who by the ADA is mandated to provide additional assistance to those with disabilities. In the end she did not complete all mynorder and another cashier had to cash me again. I have been waiting fir 20 minutes to speak to a manager to relate my experience in an effort to help others in a similar situation. Can the chain operators intervene? Rdlectance to assist disabled persons is morally and legally wrong.

Coffee and service were a flop!! Felt like I was inconveniencing the barista taking my order and then the cold brew was water-y and not worth the hassle of dealing with the subpar service. I would recommend going to any other coffee stand!

It is true like everyone says that the service and coffee were very bad and disappointing. I won't recommend this place. Go towards the gates then you will see a Starbucks and other coffee places.

Get a receipt! I was charged over $30 for a $5 coffee. I didn’t get a receipt at the register so I didn’t notice the discrepancy until I checked my credit card charges a few days later. When I called to try to get the charge corrected, I was told by the person at their corporate number that they would have a supervisor reach out to get things fixed. A month later, I am still waiting for a call. Very disappointed!
