This isnāt your average fast food chicken outlet. No, this is an outstanding tasty chicken whether you get the grilled or fried. This chicken is marinated and you taste it in every bite. Not like some other chicken places when itās hit or miss on the marination. If you getting an order to go, it comes in a box. If you eating in, you are served on a real glass plate with silverware in a restaurant setting with outstanding service. You can taste the lime and seasoning throughout the meat. I CAME TO CAMPERO ON WILLIAMS BLVD. TODAY @ 12:30 P.M. , I DID NOT GET MY ORDER OF GRILLED CHICKEN UNTIL 2:00 P.M. THIS WAS TOTALLY Ridiculous AND THE STAFF HAD NO SENSE OF Urgency at all and no apology.As a matter of fact they laughed it off like it was some kind of a joke. THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF THE GRILL CHICKEN WHEN YOU COME TO THIS LOCATION.

I went for a chicken today at 9:20pm after it was recommended so much but the service was rubbish! 15 minutes later I went to check my order and I went to the counter since 3 people who arrived after me were already eating and we were not yet and when a Worker named GEYDI appeared at the counter I just stared with a challenging look and I saw that she moved her mouth to which I did not listen and I said: Excuse me? And she said: Do you need something? And I said that I was checking my order and that if I had to come pick it up at the counter or they were going to call me, which she just turned around and went to get my order, so I took the opportunity to tell the cashier that that woman had a very ugly attitude! Then I saw that he came with my order and he stopped to grab sauces and cutlery and threw them in my bag and then walked towards the counter. He looked at me again and just pointed to the bag without saying anything. Without a doubt a disgusting and arrogant attitude

I can not rate the food cause I never got it. Went through the drive thru and was asked to give them 10 mins No Problem. 25 mins later and they looked at me like I was crazy. They hadn't even made my order. They we very nice but never even came and checked on me. Got my money back and never got a chance to try the food.
The service was alr, and the FOOD WAS GOODDDD YUMMMMMMM, except for the tortillas š.

Ordered online to pickup on my way to work & I was sorely disappointed. Complete disorganization, zero customer courtesy at main counter, but the drive through was moving along in an orderly fashion. I waited 1hr for an order I placed 1hr earlier. NEVER AGAIN!
