I can't believe I haven't left a review for this place yet. Several my friends have been telling me about the little yellow building where you order at the window. This place is absolutely incredible. Homestyle, Soul food, or whatever you want to call it.. it's delicious. I got shrimp stew which had full size shrimp and legitimate crab legs in it. None of that imported nonsense. It came with candied yams and turnip greens. I felt like I was back home in Bogalusa...

Queen's Cuisine is definitely 5 out of 5 Beans using the old NOLA Tom Fitzmorris food critic scale. The stuffed Bell Pepper with shrimp and stuffed catfish fish exploded with flavor. The cornbread is old school from scratch, nothing frozen. If you're anywhere in NOLA metro, its a must stop. The dinning room is closed however you can call ahead or order from the window.

Best red beans I've had in a long time! Service was friendly and the staff was kind. Everything was delicious and hot and fresh. Dining room was closed which was disappointing.
