The Shack Burger was too oily and the very first thing which disappointed me was the staff as she started the conversation without greeting or Hi’ just by saying “ YOUR NAME” in a disgraceful tone which sounded weary to me as being a passenger transiting through beautiful MSY International Airport!
Also they charged me $18.34 for just one sandwich and regular fries.
I don’t recommend people/passengers to get their food from here. They are just ruining the actual image of SHAKE SHACK which is really a delicious food chain restaurant locations outside this airport area.
Idk what the other reviews are talking about. First airport shake shack that hasn't price gouged, fed 3 people for less than it cost to feed 2 at the Indianapolis airport. Cashier was polite and clear on what I ordered and food came fast.

Waited over 20 mins for a burger and fries. And I was the first to order out of the line that formed behind me
The manager has absolutely no idea about customer service. My wife and son ordered at roughly 9:00pm and ordered prior to our flight that was delayed until 11pm. She specifically asked what time they close, and was told 10pm. My daughter and I walked up between 9:30-9:40pm and was told they are closed! No only is he not a man of his word, his explanation was pitiful and his customer service is at the level of a janitor at best. I recommend he changes careers to become a porta-potty service technician to utilize his best skills and stop dealing with actual customers
Super slow, about 20 minutes of waiting
Half an hour between getting in line, and not that many customers. Unbelievably lethargic staff.
This place is a joke. Five people working two looking at phones and left after standing for seven minutes and not being served.
Delcious burgers and Karen at the register is so sweet! Helped me wrap my burgers to go for on the plane. Best burgers I've had in ages! I had the burger, cheese and bacon fries and red line shake. So so good!
Lines can get long but the food is great! Wide selection as expected from a standard shake shack.
However, watch out for the airport price. $16.50 for a burger and a drink.

Worse customer service ever. When you order from here, make sure the cashier repeats back your order. Especially if Yessenia is there. She's more interested in what's going on behind her, she doesn't listen to the customers order, and you won't get what you order!!!!!!
Interesting staff. I have no negative word to say

I ordered the Avocado bacon chicken sandwich. It would have been nice if they had actually put the avocado and bacon on the sandwich! That’s what I ordered and paid for. It only had pickles and some sort of disgusting sauce on it.
There are many other options in MSY. Skip this one.
The 2-stars are for the shake, which was just ok. The sandwich gets 1-star

Ass
Food took forever and order was wrong twice
Absolutely incompetent. Cashier could not tell me why the burger was NOT gluten free. When I asked for the manager, she delivered some random man who looked like he didn’t know left from right and outwardly said he was NOT the manager. She then proceeded to say “just get the burger” clearly not understanding allergies. Really embarrassing to have them at an airport! It was also 8pm so the options were limited. I could never imagine making someone feel so awful about an allergy out of their control. Shake shake should be appalled at the service they have hired.
