This smoothie King it's not worth a crap they take too long to take your order and give you your order they playing around while you're waiting in the heat in the Drive-Thru somebody needs to let the owner know they need to hire older folks cuz all the kids do is play and don't want to work do yourself a favor go to another smoothie King save yourself some time

Absolutely terrible. Understaffed. They had to keep checking the recipe books. Kept forgetting ingredients and having to remake for people. Took 30 minutes to get a smoothie. They forgot ours and we stood there waiting and waiting. Had to go up and ask them to make ours then they finally did. One worker was in the back just on her phone. If you can’t staff a restaurant sufficiently, just don’t open it.

I stopped at the Smoothie King on Clearview on my lunch break. There were 3 workers behind the counter, a black male, a black female, and a white female. No one spoke or acknowledged my presence. They continue to do what they were doing..I asked do I have to go through drive through for service. The black male shrugged his shoulders, and the other 2 people didn't even look up. The black male looked at his coworkers and returned to me and said I guess I'll take you after I finish my drive through order. I just walked out. I'll stick to my Lapalco location.

Literally some of the nicest staff!! The smoothie turned out great and prices aren’t too bad. Not sure where all the negative reviews came from.

They had a few really good vegan options! But I wish they had vegan options for all their flavors, since it would only take some non dairy milk and vegan protein powder. I liked what I got, though!

Port service. The other two workers very respectful but the one in the drive thru very rude, playing on her phone texting and does not give guest no politeness. I will be calling corporate on her
No long lines she had all the time in the world to listen attentively to my order and make it right. I kept quiet watching her low key attitude as she whipped up my juice. Yep Juice, because that wasn’t a smoothie. My usual meal replacement. Doesn’t matter what it cost I normally boost and add my extras to my blend and she didn’t seem to hear nothing I say, better yet she didn’t even ask if there’s anything else or made any suggestions so I could spend more. I am very happy there’s a smoothie king in the airport. The service and blend is not good. Everyone gotta feed their family so I am never quick to leave a negative review. I’d rather not say anything. If my smoothie was blend right, taste right and right texture I couldn’t care less about a staffs attitude. What is the sum of a Delayed flight + Poor service + Poor Blend.

My sister and I stopped by the Smoothie King and were helped by Dalana. Talk about a shining personality! Dalana greeted us with the biggest smile and a bubbly persona that was contagious. We couldn’t help but smile back and thank her for her greeting. She was very helpful with all of my questions regarding which smoothie I wanted to try (it was my first time having Smoothie King) and laughed and joked with us in addition to the help. She was full of positivity and it was so refreshing as my trip itself was filled delayed flights and other annoyances. Thank you, Dalana, for being so awesome. It seems small, but you really made a difference in my day!

I waited for almost 20 minutes and had to leave without my smoothie to catch my flight. It's an airport. People need to catch flights
