I go here twice a week since 2014 and although the line can be ridiculously long at times, it moves quickly. Always friendly customer service, clean, and they rarely mess up your order. I do wish y'all could get a 2nd regular chocolate syrup option for the mocha flavor. It's a bit intense!

I ordered on the app, two Frappuccinos. I was a few minutes early and went inside and watched this artist at work preparing the drinks. She was laser focused, I couldn't stop watching. They were getting ready to close soon, and while a few others were getting ready to leave, she's working hard. When she was done, she apologized for it taking so long. It took that long because she paid attention to the details and delivered an amazing, finishing product. The drink...
