Two visits in 30 days included surly, atrocious service and consistently out of food items.

I told manager about spill and slippery floor - he was completely uninterested.

This location has lost a customer.

I went to this location twice on Monday while waiting for my bf’s flight to arrive. I mobile ordered both times. First time was good, I got the summer berry refresher but they put the wrong lid on and had to switch it out to the proper standard lid for that drink. I wanted to grab a drink the second time for my bf, they were a little busy when I got there to wait, then everyone left, it was just me waiting and waiting, drinks weren’t even being made. The baristas COMPLETELY ignored me, didn’t look in my direction, they just kept cleaning and shooting the breeze amongst each other. It took the manager in duty to come up to me and see what I ordered, said what the drink was out loud and proceeded to make it, then she disappeared, another barista continued and finished the drink. Fast forward to when my bf was drinking it, they forgot to add mocha to his cafe mocha with hazelnut so he got just a hazelnut latte. I’m a barista at a corporate location and we are trained to be attentive to customers and notice them, this location did not reflect how baristas should be treating customers and need to be trained again.

This Starbucks is a dumpster fire. 5 people working here, 3 customers, and it took 15 minutes to get my drink. The girl making drinks has no idea what she’s doing, but at least she’s doing something, while everyone else stands idle. Starbucks really needs to step up their game here. This is embarrassing.

Horrible experience! waited patiently and almost missed my flight . They weren’t even busy but once the girl behind the counter knew I was in a time crunch she purposely moved slower . Do better Starbucks . Hire employees that don’t treat patrons poorly . I felt bullied and left without my $7 drink. After looking at the reviews why isn’t Starbucks already fixing the quality of staff at this location !!

Crazy slow, even by airport standards. Poorly managed. They batch the food orders to save from walking back and forth, results in 15 to 30 min wait for a cakepop!?! Ridiculous.

They are so slow and inefficient here. It takes two people to make a drink and they keep two people on the register at all times even when they are running a 20 minute wait.Highly recommend choosing a different coffee spot in the terminal.
