The atmosphere was great and though the steakhouse os nice, it's not pretentious. The food was great and so was the service. My husband had the filet and it was delicious. The portions are big so next time we'll probably share something. The bar is also nice.
We were seated quickly. Our server was very nice and professional. Brought out some delicious bread to start. We ordered the crab cake for appetizer, which was very delicious. We ordered the 14oz steak , medium cooked , to share. Our steak was very rare in the middle and almost burnt on the outside. They no longer sell baked potatoes but you do have the options to get loaded mashed potatoes. Definitely not the same. Thankfully the bread and crab cake was good because that is all...
The newly renovated restaurant is just beautiful with great steakhouse vibes. The cocktails were delicious. The ribeyes were amazing and perfectly cooked to a medium rare temperature. Cameron, our waiter, was fantastic. He was very attentive, knew the menu very well, and had great suggestions. When we come back in December to celebrate my birthday, we will definitely make reservations at Big Sky Steakhouse, and we will request Cameron to be our waiter.
