I placed a Togo order on the phone, they couldn’t tell me the total. The total was $55 for which I paid cash and was not given a receipt. The prices on the boxes were not the same as the prices on the menu online, nor do they match the prices on third party apps. Several items were all packaged together, so all of those things ended up all over each other because they were in single compartment to go boxes. I have a side salad that’s literally just lettuce and feta no dressing or toppings, lemons mixed in with pita croutons for my soup. The staff was rude when we picked it up. When I called they said they didn’t have anyone that could refund my money, but at this point I’m no longer hungry after looking at all of this and I have been eating Athena for years and have never had this problem or anything nearly this awful.

I have been coming to this place for many years and quality has recently dropped. I walked in very recently and ordered a chicken shawarma plate. The Mexican lady overcharged me plus the plate its self was not edible. The chicken was almost raw. I literally took a few bites and threw the entire plate in the trash in less than a minute because of how bad everything tasted. Salad was soggy and baba Ganoush was aweful so was the rice. They need to get better. Not coming back
