Celebrated a grandson's birthday. My food wasn't that good but everyone else was satisfied. The bench seat was very hard to sit on.

I took 1 sip of my drink and it was disgusting and the manager informed me I couldn't remove it from my ticket.

Everything is over priced but the food was well prepared and nasty. If you don't ask for military discount you wont get it even though my husband was wearing his Vietnam veteran cap.

We went in tonight after trick or treating. Our waitress was absolutely the sweetest. Never had an issue with waitress staff. I ordered the new bourbon chicken and sausage penne. We ordered cheese sticks and the cheese sticks were not even coated completely or crispy seemed not fresh at all. The noodles were undercooked, it was way over seasoned, and I took two bites of the chicken and all I got was bites of pile of seasoning. My stomach was burning. Waitress took the food and off the ticket and I ordered the chicken parm Alfredo to go. My fiancé got the bourbon steak rare and literally choked twice on the steak. He had a pile of straight garlic on top that it was so much it was stuck in his nose and was horrible. We got home and I start eating my chicken parm and it’s horrible. I taste horrible grease and the noodles again are not cooked all the way. Whatever seasoning they put on it it looks like the lid popped off and it poured on my food. I use to love Applebees but the quality of their food has gotten so bad. I never make reviews on things but this experience was so bad I just couldn’t let it go unseen. Almost wondering if this is why the restaurant is so slow these days. 2 meals just for myself and I can’t eat either one of them.

food portions have gone down while price has gone up. Use to love getting take out. Last couple of times no one would come out. I had to go inside only to be met with frustration of no one knowing where my order was. Do better Applebees. This place is a lot better than chilis though.
The food was prepared faster than a fast food establishment and the pasta was undercooked. I was sick with diarrhea the next morning. I can see why there where only two couples in there eating.

Sorry I didn’t take a photo . Spinach dip was good . Then We ordered the Chicken Parmesan with fettuccine. Fettuccine was not al dente very lil sauce . Chicken was over cooked . Breadstick was crunchy . Overall not good . Waitress came to table once to refill water then brought receipt and to go boxes never said a word . She could see from where she was standing we were not eating it . It stayed on the table not worth taking home . Normally I would have said something to manager but didn’t bother . Money wasted . This is a location we eat at .
