Arby's in Lafayette is an old-fashioned spot with a messy parking lot, but the inside is clean, thanks to the friendly staff. While not a fan of the roast beef sandwiches, the brisket sandwich and market fresh turkey are top-notch, albeit pricey. The curly fries are always a hit. This location might have won over a customer who doesn't often come across Arby's in Louisiana.
Despite discrepancies in closing time, with the store shutting earlier than advertised, and issues with online orders, the staff's attitude towards customers was less than satisfactory. The overall experience was subpar, with employees lounging around and the facility in need of maintenance. Despite the decently hot food, finding expired applesauce further dampened the experience. It seems Arby's may be on a downward trend, but the bright spot was a friendly staff member named Leonard.
