These are not like you make yourself at home, or even buy in other places. Some places are more hard and crust..... these are soft and tasty!
I prefer just a plain pretzel, but Auntie Anne's has a variety. I know she has Hotdogs in a Pretzel, and salted. Maybe even a jalapeño.... I do not get these other flavors, so I don't pay much attention.
You can get a whole pretzel or bite size. In a cup or in a bucket...
I've never had an issue with food not service.
Check the prices first and decide if you want to pay that much. Leaving a bad review because YOU chose to pay, then complain the price is too high, that is on you, not the company...

Hope i can locate my receipt. This place here in Lafayette overcharged my card two times. You can bet I'll be back soon regardless. I asked the cashier if they could take tips off a credit card and he said no, so I left cash. Why would they take it upon themselves to add more money. I believe this is called theft.

This is the best spot for pretzels!! Staff is very friendly and helpful and the pretzels are always fresh. They recommend the cinnamon bites which are delicious. I’ll definitely be back again :)

Rude. And the the “manager” has poor managing skills. Purchased min dogs and they were raw. I feel they should have apologized for inconvenience of me not only having to come back but eat raw dough.

Went this past Sunday and I tried to order 2 of the mini pretzel dogs, and they told me they don’t do those on the weekend? I find that very weird that they don’t do a specific menu item on the weekends and they dont have it posted anywhere. Very disappointed.

I went on sept. 10 at around 2:15 / 2:30. My son and I went. And the brown haired fella working, was so rude. I accidentally said a wrong word and in a conniving manner he laughed at me. And the girl waiting on us put her head down embarrassed. He checked us out still laughing and repeating what I said and then had the nerve to push the tip jar toward me. Which, for some reason I tipped him on the computer but lower than I usually tip. When we walked away he looked rudely at my son. I cannot imagine how he hasn’t gotten fired. I’ve been going through cancer treatment and I wasn’t laughing. So rude. He should be fired.

Ordered pretzels for delivery and although the pretzels were fresh and delicious, I didn't get what I paid for. There were two sauces missing that I paid extra for and I also recieved a smaller size pretzel than what I paid for. Wont be ordering again.
