Our waiter, Gavin was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was superb, and the atmosphere was romantic and cozy. Definitely ask for Gavin at the Lafayette location.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is laid out in such a way that they can seat you in whatever environment you and your family are most comfortable.
Hadn’t been to an Olive Garden in a hot minute and I have to say it was surprisingly very good! The waitress was very cordial and friendly, however, it didn’t seem like she had the order of operation down pat, took a long time for every step of our dining experience, or maybe it was just a slow night for her, but it was literally over an hour, wait times were just kinda long. I got the endless soup and salad which I highly recommend, so filling and the bread sticks were fantastic....read full review

I am not a fan of corporate restaurants. Specifically the ones in Baton Rouge. However, I grew up in Lafayette, and this Olive Garden is a staple. It is SO MUCH better than any other corporate restaurant I have been to. I know it’s not genuine italian food, but you can’t deny how good their salad and chicken & gnocchi soup is. Order the alfredo sauce with your breadsticks, you won’t regret it.
