Delicious!!! Very eager to draw whatever design you’d like on cales
Unfortunately, my experience at Great American Cookies was disappointing. The customer service was not very welcoming, and I didn’t feel like my visit was a positive experience. I expected better service, especially from a business located in a mall where customer experience is so important. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the way customers are treated.
I just ordered a cake & had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Kristen! She was so kind, had all the information I needed. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Great American Cookies at Acadiana Mall is a go-to spot for delicious treats. Their cakes are moist and fresh, perfect for special occasions. The store is always clean, and the staff, like Lucin, Shelbie, and Caroline, are friendly and talented. Don't miss out on their M&M cookie or snickerdoodle!
