This is the best spot for pretzels!! Staff is very friendly and helpful and the pretzels are always fresh. They recommend the cinnamon bites which are delicious. I’ll definitely be back again :)

Rude. And the the “manager” has poor managing skills. Purchased min dogs and they were raw. I feel they should have apologized for inconvenience of me not only having to come back but eat raw dough.

Went this past Sunday and I tried to order 2 of the mini pretzel dogs, and they told me they don’t do those on the weekend? I find that very weird that they don’t do a specific menu item on the weekends and they dont have it posted anywhere. Very disappointed.

I went on sept. 10 at around 2:15 / 2:30. My son and I went. And the brown haired fella working, was so rude. I accidentally said a wrong word and in a conniving manner he laughed at me. And the girl waiting on us put her head down embarrassed. He checked us out still laughing and repeating what I said and then had the nerve to push the tip jar toward me. Which, for some reason I tipped him on the computer but lower than I usually tip. When we walked away he looked rudely at my son. I cannot imagine how he hasn’t gotten fired. I’ve been going through cancer treatment and I wasn’t laughing. So rude. He should be fired.

Ordered pretzels for delivery and although the pretzels were fresh and delicious, I didn't get what I paid for. There were two sauces missing that I paid extra for and I also recieved a smaller size pretzel than what I paid for. Wont be ordering again.

Surely a spot worth stopping by, the food is excellent and fresh, the prices are fair and it is constantly well organized there. 5 stars.
My girlfriend and I went to the mall specifically for Auntie Anne's, and although the staff was nice, both of our pretzel bites had burnt ones in the bottom of the cup. There were several bites that didn't have a single grain of salt too. That's sad because we both used to love this place, but it's too expensive to have at least a quarter of the food be burnt or without salt.

A woman who works here eats while she works. That's fine I guess. But she also smacks the food and licks her fingers. It's disgusting. Don't know her name but she's the one with no front teeth.
