I come to this place frequently! I walked in and there was a lot of people in this place. I was stuck right in front of the door. And people were just stopping in front of the ice cream glass instead of forming a line. Some of the workers were just standing there. And the workers need to tell the people to form a line instead of blocking the door for people to come in. I was standing there waiting for someone to help me. And no one asked . So I had to ask the worker if he can help me.

Just left this location and when I looked at the amount of what they gave me for two scoops it was literally one scoop. I feel like I just wasted money. Watch the workers here they will not give you the amount of ice cream expected.

Can’t say enough good things about this ice cream shop. From the minute I walked in and was greeted pleasantly by several of the staff, to the helpful service and the delicious ice cream, this place checks all the right boxes. The only problem is I LOVE the Beach Day ice cream, and it’s seasonal. Not too much of a problem. Highly recommend this shop.

The taste was good ,but it melted so fast and bad that I really could nt enjoy it
Last time we visited happened to be May 31st. To our pleasant surprise, we were given a 31% discount and were told every 31st, you get 31% off. This is huge for a mom with multiples! We planned our next trip for July 31st. We went back today, place our order, and after my husband pays, we look at the ticket and clearly we're charged full price. I then asked the worker about the discount, and I was told, "only if you have the app". I wished we thought to ask beforehand, but we didn't think it was necessary. If they would've offered that information, I would have gladly taken 5 min to download the app for the discount. My husband and I don't usually treat ourselves, we just get some for the kiddos, but we thought, what the heck, it's 31% off! So, yes, a bit frustrated that we wait all this time and still leave spending 40 bucks on ice cream for a family of 6.
